The story behind the cards
After three decades leading and working in international organisations, Nik saw a recurring pattern: talented leaders and teams working incredibly hard, but often in silos. Vision statements gathered dust. Strategic plans became shelf-ware. Important conversations happened without a shared framework.
The idea was simple but powerful — what if the most important concepts in leadership, strategy, and team dynamics could be made tangible? What if you could pick them up, lay them out, sort them, and use them to structure real conversations?
The Lead Deck was born from that question. It became the foundation for a connected suite of tools spanning individual leadership to organisational strategy — each built on the same diagnostic method: see the system, strengthen the habits, sustain the change.
